The UTIA’s annual Steak and Potatoes Field Day held on August 22 attracted 363 attendees to the Plateau AgResearch and Education Center in Crossville. Producers and land managers joined us to hear the latest from UTIA experts on management practices in beef, forage, and fruits production in Tennessee, finishing with a delicious steak lunch.
