The 2023 National Extension and Research Administrative Officers Conference (NERAOC) successfully wrapped up last week in Nashville. UTIA was the host this year, and the conference drew attendees from across the country. More than 650 professionals gathered in the Music City for the conference titled “Hitting the High Notes,” and was the highest attended ever.

Participants heard from UTIA leader Keith Carver, UT Knoxville Chancellor Donde Plowman, TSU President Chandra Reddy, and Dionne Toombs with USDA NIFA, and a host of other presenters during the week. Cyndie Nichols and Kathy Dalton were co-chairs of the conference which was several years in the planning.
